I have been a therapist treating people since 1990 when I graduated from Sheridan college in Sports Injury Management. As an athletic therapist I have treated athletes at the professional, national, provincial levels to the community athlete and the "weekend warriors" Helping athletes return to their sport after sustaining an injury is very rewarding and something I take pride in. I have an extensive background in sports injuries and knowledge of many different sports such as hockey, gymnastics, soccer, football, basketball and baseball to name a few.

In 2002 I graduated from the Canadian College of Osteopathy and have been practising as an osteopathic manual practitioner since then.

In my practice besides treating sports injuries I also treat chronic and acute back/neck pain, headaches/migraines, repetitive strain injuries such as carpal tunnel and tennis elbow. Postural related issues
